Precautions For Use

The high-pressure fine filter is a product independently developed by our company. It features a multi-layer sintered metal mesh filter element, with the mesh made of stainless steel. The design pressure reaches 42 MPa, and the filtration precision ranges from 5 to 150 μm. The filter can automatically backwash the mesh based on the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet water, ensuring high safety, simple operation, quick backwashing, and easy maintenance. It effectively intercepts suspended solids, sludge, sand, and other impurities, thereby improving water injection quality.

 

1.      The current oil well extraction process commonly employs the "oil-gas-water mixed extraction surface separation wastewater treatment reinjection" oilfield wastewater treatment and reinjection technology. After centralized treatment, the oilfield wastewater is transported over long distances through pipelines to the injection wellhead. Due to temperature reduction, bacterial growth, and secondary contamination in the pipelines, the water quality at the wellhead significantly deteriorates and fails to meet the requirements for formation reinjection water. Therefore, it is necessary to re-filter the reinjection water at the wellhead.

 

2.      During the high-pressure water injection process, residues in the reinjection water, such as scale, rust, and various suspended particles, not only cause secondary contamination to the formation but also clog and damage instruments in the injection system, such as flow meters and pressure transmitters. This severely impacts the normal operation of the equipment.

 

3.      Although previous wellhead high-pressure filters could filter coarse particles to some extent, their filtration performance was poor under high-pressure conditions. Once clogged, the filter mesh could not be cleaned, leading to rust and corrosion. Additionally, replacing the filters required a significant amount of work.

 

4.      The high-pressure fine filter is significantly different from previous filters. Firstly, it incorporates a backwashing function, which automatically backwashes the filter mesh based on the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet water. This ensures simple operation and quick backwashing. Secondly, the filter element has been greatly improved by using a multi-layer sintered metal mesh, offering a filtration precision of 1 to 50 μm, with high mechanical strength and overall rigidity. Thirdly, the filter element is easy to replace.
