The LZQ-50A Oil and Gas Separation and Metering Skid is tailored to the need for single-well measurement. It incorporates spiral separation technology in its system, increasing internal volume to act as a buffer against variations in gas flow, and thereby extending the residence time for more thorough liquid-gas separation.
The LZQ series Oil and Gas Separation and Metering Skids adopt advanced spiral separation techniques for the separation of gas and liquid phases, employing Coriolis mass flow meters for precise liquid phase measurement. Given their attributes of high accuracy, wide range, minimal maintenance requirements, strong throughput capacity, and being largely unaffected by fluid properties such as density and viscosity, Coriolis mass flow meters are particularly suited to the complex conditions of oil fields characterized by intricate flow dynamics, significant flow fluctuations, and substantial water cut variations.
During measurement, the LZQ series skids can display engineering parameters such as liquid phase cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, and density. Under appropriate operating conditions, they can further estimate water cut ratios and crude oil production. Their measurement accuracy fully complies with the national standard 'Design Specification for Oilfield Oil-Gas Gathering and Transportation (GB50350-2015)' regarding the accuracy requirements for single-well oil, gas, and water measurement. By leveraging online measurement technology, this series enhances the existing process technology for multiphase flow mixing and conveyance metering of produced fluids from domestic oil wells.
