Pressure GaugesThe YCMC-C differential pressure transmitter measures pressure signals with the low-pressure side as the reference end, featuring two ports for connection to process pipelines. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power generation, and metallurgy, this transmitter is primarily employed for measuring differential pressure, pressure, and vacuum of liquids, gases, and steam. It can also measure liquid levels in open or pressurized vessels, and with a throttling device, it measures flow rates of liquids, gases, or steam.
The measured parameters are converted into a 4-20mA DC signal output, transmitted to secondary instruments or control units for monitoring or control purposes.
Suitable for high temperatures, viscous media, crystallizing media, media with solid particles or suspended solids, corrosive or toxic media, the transmitter eliminates the occurrence of environmental contamination due to pressure tube leaks. It avoids the need for frequent replenishment of isolation fluid, which is typically required when unstable measurement signals are observed.
It provides continuous and accurate measurement of interfaces and densities, while remote transmission devices prevent mixing of different media at different times, thereby accurately reflecting changes in process conditions.
