The YLIMC series of frequency-modulated radar level transmitters includes the following models:
YLIMC-A01 Series: A 26G high-frequency radar level measurement instrument capable of measuring distances up to 80 meters. The antenna is optimized further, and a new fast microprocessor enables higher-speed signal analysis, suitable for complex measurement conditions such as reactor vessels and solid material silos.
YLIMC-B02 Series: An 80G frequency-modulated continuous wave (FMCW) radar level transmitter. It utilizes high-frequency FMCW radar signals where the frequency of the radar signal linearly increases. The difference in frequency between transmitted and received signals is proportional to the measured distance. This series calculates the height of the target based on the frequency difference signal processed by high-speed chip circuitry.
YLIMC-C03 Series: A 1.8G guided wave radar level transmitter. This radar emits high-frequency microwave pulses along a detection component (steel cable or rod). When encountering the measured medium, reflection occurs due to changes in dielectric constant, and part of the pulse energy is reflected back. The time interval between transmitted and reflected pulses is proportional to the distance of the measured medium.
The YLIMC-C03 series employs advanced microprocessor chips and unique echo amplification processing technology, eliminating interference from other factors, suitable for various complex conditions. It supports multiple process connection methods and types of detection components, making it applicable in environments such as high temperature, high pressure, and with low dielectric constant media. Operating in pulse mode, this radar level transmitter emits extremely low transmission power, posing no harm to humans or the environment when installed in various metal and non-metal containers.
