The LGBIMC Intelligent Triple Rotor (Scraper) Flowmeter is a positive displacement type flow measurement instrument designed to measure the volume flow of fluids in closed pipelines. This flowmeter not only provides on-site display of accumulated flow but also features remote output interfaces that, when paired with corresponding optoelectronic pulse converters and flow calculators, enable accurate distant flow measurement, display, and control. Characterized by high accuracy, excellent reproducibility, wide turndown ratio, and minimal straight pipe run requirements upstream and downstream, it is suitable not only for clean, non-contaminated, and non-corrosive fluids but also for high viscosity fluids such as crude oil, petroleum, solvents, chemical raw materials, paints, and fat-based products. The effect of fluid viscosity on the measured value is relatively small.
